Sai Ameya Desai, a versatile martial arts prodigy and a CBSE Grade 5 student at GIIS SMART Campus, recently clinched two gold medals, showcasing her exceptional boxing skills at the International Women's Boxing Tournament in Perth, Australia. Representing Legends Fight Sports and the Singapore Women's Boxing National Team, Sai competed against Australian boxers, displaying remarkable skill and determination, and emerged victorious in both bouts.
Sai excels in three distinct disciplines: Boxing, Taekwondo, and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, achieving remarkable feats in various martial arts tournaments. She further demonstrated her prowess in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, earning two additional gold medals in recent tournaments held in Singapore: BJJ Roots and the Australasian BJJ Championship. These accomplishments solidify her position as a formidable force in the world of martial arts.
With a black tip on her red belt in Taekwondo, an impressive 2-0 record in international boxing, and two gold medals in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu as a white belt, Sai has already made a significant mark on the international stage.
