Mr Kazuhiko Oigawa, Governor of Ibaraki Prefecture and his team of delegates visited the SMART Campus on Dec 14, 2022 and were impressed by the state-of-the art facilities of the tech-driven campus which enable students to equip 21st Century skills preparing them to be future leaders. 

In the few hours of the time that the delegates spent at the campus, they learnt about the facilities offered at the digital classrooms, the skill-based labs and studios such as culinary lab and radio and tv studios, and the library.

The delegates also had a discussion with Mr Atul Temurnikar, Chairman and Co-Founder Global Schools Foundation, Mr Rajeev Katyal, Sr Deputy COO, and other members of the foundation. 

Mr Kazuhiko was accompanied by Mr Eisaku Kikkawa, Sales Strategy Director, Sales Strategy Department, Ibaraki Prefecture, Mr Hitoshi Ishikawa, International Business Promotion Supervisor, Sales Strategy Department, Ibaraki Prefecture, and Mr Yu Aoyama, International Liaison Team, Sales Strategy Department, Ibaraki Prefecture.
