Devansh Shah topped the CBSE 12 Science Stream, while Rashmi Rao topped the Commerce Stream in the CBSE 12 Board results for the SMART Campus, results announced yesterday showed. 

Devansh scored 99% overall and emerged subject topper in Maths, Chemistry, Computer Science and Physics with 100% marks. 

Rashmi scored 98.2% to top her stream, and emerged subject topper in Maths, Economics and Business Studies with 100% marks.  

The school average went up to 91.6% from 88.2% in 2020. 

More than half the cohort scored above 95% marks, and more than 70% scored above 90% marks which is nearly 10 percentage points jump from 2020 scores. 

Some of the major highlights of this year’s result are: 

• Pass - 100% students 
• School Average 91.6% compared to 88.2% in 2020
• 70.15 % of students scored above 90% compared to 62.9 % in 2020
• 50.75 % students scored above 95% compared to 38.6% in 2020
• Science Stream Average 92.4% as compared to 90.1% in 2020
• Commerce Stream Average 89% as compared to 77.9% in 2020

Happy with the great achievements by students, Ms. Melissa Maria, Principal of GIIS SMART Campus said, ”The academic year was tough due to the pandemic, but our students showed great resilience in the face of challenges.
