GIIS SMART Campus held its Secondary Investiture Ceremony on Aug 5, 2022, during which the newly elected Student Council for the academic session 2022-23 was annoucned. The students took oaths, promising to take up the responsibilities of setting new goals and contributing towards bringing positive changes to the school. 

As part of the ceremony, the newly elected council members were announced, which includes; Class Prefects, Level Heads, House Captains, Sports Captains, Head Girl, Head Boy, and many others. Pratyush Bansal and Pradakshina Krishnan are conferred with the titles of Head Boy and Head Girl respectively.

It was a memorable moment for the student leaders as they walked up the stage to receive the badges and sashes in the presence of the audience. The parents of the student leaders were called on stage to present the badges to their children. 

The much-awaited annual event is a stepping stone for the student leaders to explore their leadership skills and take up numerous initiatives and projects under the positions assigned to them. This truly exemplifies how the school enables its students to help them grow holistically.
