Global Indian International School (GIIS), Noida is happy to share that our four students from the primary wing have made us proud by winning laurels at the 7th District Gautam Buddh RollerSports Championship, 2021 held at the Grano Banktrack Gr. Noida, Uttar Pradesh.

Naysha Bhatnagar of grade 3 has won one gold medal in the 1000 mtr race, two silver medals in 500 mtr, and 1 lap road race respectively. Following her, Mitakshi Tripathi and Trisha Singh of grades 3 and 5 have also won several medals in different categories. The youngest of the lot, Lavya Garg of grade 1 has also won a silver medal in the 200 mtr 1 lap race. 

Mitakshi Tripathi has won two gold medals in the 200 mtr race and 1 lap road race; she also won one silver medal in the 500 mtr race. Trisha Singh has won a gold medal in 1000 mtr and 500 mtr races; she has also bagged one silver medal in the 1lap road race category.

All three of them i.e. Nyshaa, Mitakshi, and Trisha have also qualified for the U.P State Skating Championship to be held from 10th to 14th November 2021. The girls have made us very proud and we wish them all the best for the future. May they continue to perform their best and keep winning laurels to make us proud again and again.
