Dear Parents,

Namaste!!

I am delighted to share that the month of May has been incredibly rewarding for the entire GIIS Noida community. Throughout the month, our students, teachers, and staff have dedicated themselves to various endeavours that have contributed to our significant growth and achievements in various fields.

I am extremely happy to share with you all that our outgoing grade 10 and 12 students have achieved remarkable results in the CBSE 2023 board examinations. Our grade 12 topper has scored 96.6% and our grade 10 topper has also scored 96.6%.  We have many students scoring above 90 percent and perfect 100s in subjects like economics, IT, Mathematics, Sanskrit, etc. Such marvellous results are a testament to the hard work and commitment put in by the entire team of GIIS Noida. Be it students, teachers, parents, or the management, each one of us have worked hard day and night to provide our students with an education that empowers them to excel in all spheres of life.

Not only have our students excelled academically, but have also made significant strides in various other fields. We take immense pride in the achievements of Naina Chauhan from grade 11 and Trisha Singh from grade 7, who have made us proud by winning national-level Badminton and Skating tournaments, respectively. Our Taekwondo team delivered outstanding performances in the District Taekwondo Championship, securing several medals and top positions. Furthermore, Vanya Sidana, a grade 12 student at GIIS Noida, had her beautiful poem titled "Perfect" published in the esteemed National Poetry Month: Art Synergy's Collection for 2023.

27 students from the senior segment participated and brought in recognitions at the IIMUN Delhi Conference. This nurtured their ability to think critically, communicate effectively, and work collaboratively. Understanding their responsibility towards the society and the elderly, grade 11 and 12 students from campus visited Angan old age home to spend some quality time with the senior residents and give them some moments of joy and happiness. We had a two-day art festival organized in the campus that allowed students to display their creative works and learn new art styles like fluid art, bottle art, dot art, mandala art, and madhubani, etc. providing them with a remarkable opportunity for to grow and excel creative arts.

Apart from the achievements and recognitions in different fields, we came up with a 10-day summer camp that saw participation from more than 300 students from the campus and other schools like Billabong International, Amity International school, Father Agnel, etc. The Summer Camp organized by GIIS Noida has been a journey of learning, creativity, and personal growth for our students where they got a chance to learn dance, theatre and drama, electronics, and entrepreneurship from industry professionals. We even conducted a culmination ceremony to exhibit the skills learnt and talents enhanced during the course of the summer camp.

These accomplishments and initiatives reflect the diverse talents and values fostered within our GIIS Noida community. I would like to extend my heartfelt congratulations and gratitude to all those involved for their relentless dedication and support.
