Mr Kenal Kothari and Ms Sejal from the Shrimad Rajchandra Mission, Singapore visited the GIIS East Coast Campus on Nov 22 and conducted an anger management workshop for students in Grades 7 and 8. As part of the session, the students got an in-depth learning of anger and ways of coping with it.
During the engaging session, the curious young learners learned how to identify anger and its various forms, understand its causes and consequences, and techniques to create a sense of self-awareness, introspection, and ways to deal with it. They also learned about stories and quotes from various great personalities and leaders.
GIIS has been regularly conducting workshops like this which have been a great source of learning for the students. Such learning and engagement sessions help the students to imbibe the right moral values of life and key life skills which would help them to become strong responsible individuals.
