The GIIS East Coast campus recently hosted its prestigious annual Global School Awards on April 24, celebrating the impressive milestones and accomplishments of students from classes 4-9 during the academic year 2023-24. The event honours students who have excelled not only academically but also in sports and co-curricular activities such as performing arts and literary skills.

The ceremony featured a range of accolades, including the Justice CS Dharmadhikari GIIS Award for Co-curricular Excellence, the Chandrakant Borde GIIS Award for Sports Excellence, Subject Proficiency Awards, the Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam GIIS Award for Academic Proficiency, and the GSF President’s Award for All-Round Excellence. 

Adding to the festivities, the talented student dancers of GIIS East Coast delivered a captivating performance based on a song by Nobel laureate Shri Rabindranath Tagore. The musical segment of the ceremony featured an energetic and melodious rendition of a song about leadership, thrilling the appreciative audience.
