The Dubai campus held an English Elocution Competition in September 2018, which encouraged and taught students the skills of appreciating good content, polish their presentation skills, improve their vocabulary and diction and increase their confidence. 

Participants exhibited good understanding of pronounciation and expression associated with words, at the public speech part, making captivating presentations and catching the finer points of the art of elocution. 

The poise, self-confidence and articulation delivered by the participants with uncommon sense of conviction, made the event a benchmark for the fellow students, also providing utmost satisfaction and pride to the teachers.

It was indeed satisfying to see how beautifully students had put their thoughts, insights, humour into the delivered speech  and emphasised on their fluency in an unscripted format. The judges appreciated and applauded the students. They were  truly moved by the effort, applauded the hard work and particularly appreciated the material / content collated by the students to prepare the assigned topic of the Elocution.

The competition culminated with a few words of encouragement by the Supervisor.
