The KG 1 of GIIS Dubai, has an art of linking scholastic and co- scholastic activities. The blooming buds of our Kg 1 learnt about community helpers. They just did not learn but depicted the characters of these community helpers. Every child enacted the role of their favorite community helpers, whom they take as their role models, heroes and dream worlds.

It was an awesome moment for their teachers to see them act like a doctor, astronaut, teacher, baker, policemen, fireman, the list goes on and on. It was fun watching the students talk about these heroes of our society. Imagine a 4 year-old talking about what an astronaut can do in space and what a farmer can do with land.

This event brought out the hidden talents within every child. It provided a platform for developing language skills, art and creativity and social skills. We believe to have instilled the importance of shaping our community by creating an awareness about community helpers in these young minds.
