Peace begins with me, with you, with us!!!

September 21st is observed as International Peace Day. A day that marks the importance of living in peace and harmony. In this time and age where violence is becoming rampant, there is a need for every child to learn and understand the right way to live. Kindergarten GIIS, Dubai took this as a great opportunity to show and make the children understand the concept of PEACE and how it is the way to live.

The Parent support group (PSG) of KG I and II were kind enough to host a special assembly for these tiny tots. The parents enacted a skit which depicted how one can live in peace and harmony not just with their fellow human beings but also with their surrounding nature and other living things. They made children dance to the tune “There is a way that we can live, and PEACE is the way”. They taught the children to sing ‘PEACE for the world’.

Our little ones gave their message of PEACE too. They are the future instruments of PEACE.
It was indeed an amazing show and kids loved and enjoyed seeing their parents perform on stage. They could carry home the moral values they learnt. 

We at GIIS believe in molding the youngest generation with best values and morals that makes them lovable human beings. ‘A peaceful child a peaceful adult a peaceful nation!!!’

Kudos to Kindergarten PSG without whom the event wouldn’t have been a huge success. The PSG were rewarded with certificates, goodie bags and gift vouchers
