Students of Grade 1 participated in UAE and Arabic week by designing Arabic calligraphy, decorating stalls and explaining about the role of His Highness Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan in building the foundation of UAE’s development. Children also went through the ‘Emirates Wall’ designed in the classroom describing the history of 7 Emirates. Students of Grade 2 took part in Arabic reading, writing and comic narration activity. Grade 9 and 10 students sketched the UAE rulers and projected ancient cultural heritage of the country as a part of UAE week.
GIIS Dubai follows Cultural education where students are taught about different countries, their language, culture and historical value to help them grow as a global citizen.
