Christmas is the season for kindling the fire of hospitality

On the 16th of December 2022, the jingle bells jingled in our Global premise with all the delights of Christmas merriment.

Christmas commemorates the birth of God's Son, Jesus. It tells the story of how Christ came to give us love, hope, and joy.

Christmas has its roots in both pagan and Roman civilizations. In the month of December, the Romans observed two festivals. The first was Saturnalia, a two-week festival celebrating their agricultural deity Saturn. They celebrated the birth of Mithra, their sun deity, on December 25th.

A grandiose extravaganza is planned, filled with a garland of dance acts and a fashion parade. Our theme for the day was ‘Christmas around the world’. Santa Claus visited our lads and lassies and gave sweets and gifts. Food stalls and gaming spots were arranged to add up a few more colourful feathers to the cap. Parents who sponsored the event deserved a gesture of appreciation.
