Whenever the word circus is shared with the kindergarteners, there is a sparkle in their eyes and they are all excited to go and watch the magical surprises and laughter moments that they get to enjoy.
GIIS Whitefield’s pre-primary kids were pretty much excited to go for the virtual field trip to the circus. This was the first time they were getting the opportunity to witness the amazement at the circus, virtually. The students were all dressed and were ready with their favourite snacks. They were very excited to explore the fun and were very curious as well, to get the best experience for themselves. They bought the virtual ticket and entered the circus arena. Their teachers guided them all along with the venue and the thrill of watching the circus was building on. The world of wonderful people clad in colourful costumes unveiled before their screen with the promise to make them all smile all along. Children were happy and seeing them enjoy the moments of the virtual trip to the circus, so were the parents.
Time seemed to just glide away with each blink of their cute eyes. They watched shows of lion, tiger, dog, and were mesmerised by the clown performing rola-bola, ring juggling, and few other stunts. A special mention to the pin juggler’s skill was highly appreciated by the students. They also watched the acts by cat, seal, birds, monkey, horse, elephants, acrobats, flying trapezes, and unicyclist. Since this was the virtual field trip, they were given an interesting fun activity to be done at home. Kids had fun trying to keep the balloon in the air using hands, elbows, and few tricks. They also learned ball juggling using 2 balls.
All the children enjoyed every second of the field trip. The first-hand experience was very memorable for one and all leaving them smiling with happiness. Parents praised the teachers for having organized such a wonderful trip to one of the favourite places where children love to visit.
