
GIIS Whitefield’s talented students of Class XI have brought home remarkable accolades from the IGNITE ’24 Annual Inter School Competitions, held at Greenwood High. In the METAMORPHOSIS competition, the Class XI Design Team clinched the 2nd Prize with their innovative and creative approach. The team consisted of Niharika Nambiar, Ahana Bansriyar, Sanjula Pal, and Angelina George, all from different sections of Class XI. Their impressive designs showcased both artistic flair and a keen understanding of contemporary design trends. Their achievement highlights the importance of creativity and teamwork in realising remarkable outcomes.
Meanwhile, the Fashion Show Team from Class XI earned the 3rd Prize in the DRESS TO IMPRESS competition, a contest that celebrates style, fashion, and stage presence. This team, including Ryan Batra, Riddhiman Gupta, Amritha Shivshankar, Hafsa, Vishakha K, Amneet Kaur, Kevin Sajith, and Deena Rose (the talented designer), wowed the judges and audience alike with their chic and trendy outfits and seamless coordination.
Both teams demonstrated exceptional talent, showcasing their skills in design and fashion with grace and flair. These achievements not only showcase the immense creativity of the students but also their ability to work collaboratively in high-pressure environments.
