Dear parents,
As the scorching summer heat descends upon us, it's time to take a break from our daily routines and indulge in some fun-filled activities. The month of April at GIIS Whitefield was fully dedicated to the Summer Camp, and it was a great opportunity for both GIIS and Non-GIIS students to participate in a variety of indoor and outdoor activities.
At GIIS, we always strive to provide holistic education that fosters the development of nine essential life skills, known as the 9 Gems pedagogy. As such, we are delighted to have witnessed one of our students, Mohammad Musaddiq, an upcoming author cum engineer, who published his debut novel and found a solution for traffic management with CDS (Congestion Direction System). We are extremely proud of his achievements and would like to congratulate him on his success.
In addition to that, STEM workshops were also conducted for students during the summer camp. These workshops were designed to promote a deeper understanding of science, technology, engineering, and mathematics. The students were engaged in hands-on activities and experiments, which helped them to develop problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
While the month of April had seen fewer activities due to the vacation period, the students who participated in the summer camp had an amazing time. They were able to explore their interests, learn new skills, and make new friends. We hope that this experience has been valuable and enriching for them.
In conclusion, I would like to express our gratitude to all the students, parents, and staff who made the Summer Camp at GIIS Whitefield a complete success. We are excited to continue providing the best for our students.
Sincerely,
Ashwani Kumar Saxena
Principal, GIIS Whitefield
