Going Green: GIIS Bannerghatta Takes Sustainable Steps Towards a Greener Future

Global Indian International School (GIIS) Bannerghatta has always been committed to making a positive impact on the environment. As a part of our green campus initiative, the school has taken numerous steps to practice sustainability. From reducing plastic waste to adopting energy-efficient practices, the school is continuously striving towards a greener future.

One of the significant steps that GIIS Bannerghatta has taken recently is the use of sustainable and recycled pens. Pens are an essential product for  teachers and students, and the school's decision to use sustainable pens is a small yet significant step towards a bigger change. By choosing recycled pens, the school is reducing the amount of plastic waste generated, thus helping in the conservation of the environment.

Apart from the use of sustainable pens, the school has also adopted the use of recycled coasters, photo frames, trays, and notebooks. These items may seem insignificant, but their use in a school can create a massive difference in terms of reducing waste and conserving the environment. By incorporating recycled products in our daily operations, GIIS Bannerghatta is setting an example for other institutions to follow.

Small steps lead to a bigger change, and GIIS Bannerghatta is a testament to that. By taking these small yet impactful steps towards sustainability, the school is contributing towards a greener and healthier future for everyone. Such initiatives help students understand the importance of environmental conservation and make them environmentally responsible citizens.
