“Wherever you go, go with your heart.”

The Global Indian International School (GIIS), Ahmedabad organized Graduation Day celebrations to mark the culmination of pre-school for the KG students. The graduation day celebrations were organized to bid farewell to kindergarteners  who will now be moving onto the next phase of their academic journey.. The parents and guardians of graduating students graced the celebrations as special guests to enjoy the special milestone of their kids.

The Principal - Mr. Caesar D’silva, Vice Principal - Ms. Monita Dash, and Headmistress - Ms. Ruchika Dhingra along with the respective teachers were the special invitees for the Graduation Day celebrations. The celebration began with the lighting of the lamp and reciting of the shlokas to seek the blessings of the almighty. 

The shining stars of K2 presented a skit based on the five pillars of the GMP (Global Montessori Plus) . These five pillars included - exhilarated academics, activity based learning, value based learning, thematic, and STEAM learning. Through their act, students explained the concepts they learned in their pre-primary classes like story-telling, math magic, science experiments, moral values, and more.

After the ceremony, the students along with their teachers walked the ramp with their graduation caps on, followed by class photos. Mr. Caesar D’silva, the Principal of GIIS Ahmedabad said, “I am extremely touched by the love and cooperation shown by these lovely students. I go on a round to GMP section, whenever I feel a little low. The love and affection these kids shower me with  makes my day. I would also like to appreciate the parents who keep on supporting the school and teachers constantly. Thank you so much for cooperating with the teachers in every event and function.”

Expressing their gratitude towards GIIS Ahmedabad and teachers, Arihaan’s (K2-E) parents shared that, “I would like to thank Gayatri ma’am and Minal ma’am for their love and blessing for my kids. We are overwhelmed with the Graduation Day performance of all kids. Your hard work and perseverance paid off and our kids are blessed to have teachers like you. You boosted the confidence in my child and now he is performing in every activity.” 

Vansh Patel’s parents thanked the teachers and said, “Thank you ma’am for all the motivation and efforts to the students. They will never forget the teachers like you. It is commendable that these tiny tots can understand the bond between teachers and students at this early age.”

The graduating students along with their parents were extremely delighted to be a part of GIIS Ahmedabad. They also appreciated the admin and housing staff for working rigorously for the betterment of the school.
