The Annual Day 2024-25 at GIIS Ahmedabad celebrated this technological revolution with the theme AI Odyssey: Intelligent Machines, Powerful Minds. The grand event showcased the remarkable talents of students from Grades 3 to 8, demonstrating the impact of AI on education, creativity and human potential.

GIIS Ahmedabad Annual Day featured five spectacular shows for students of Grades 3 to 8, covering both the morning and afternoon shifts. Each show was meticulously planned to ensure every student had the opportunity to participate and shine on stage.

The highlight of the event was a captivating skit portraying the transformative role of AI in students’ lives. Through engaging storytelling, students illustrated how AI influences learning methodologies, problem-solving and decision-making processes. The skit emphasized both the advantages and the concerns surrounding AI, sparking curiosity and reflection among the audience.

Adding to the excitement, students performed energetic and electrifying dance sequences highlighting the AI Revolution. The performances creatively depicted the relevance of AI and the generational gap in technology adoption. The most enthralling moment was the Jugalbandhi: Bridging Generations with AI, showcasing contrasting perspectives on AI’s influence. This act left the audience mesmerized, reflecting on how technology bridges and, at times, widens generational differences.

Further enhancing the event’s theme, students exhibited Robotics in Action, demonstrating AI-driven innovation and futuristic applications. Vibrant futuristic dance routines and a stunning Grand Finale Performance captivated the audience, creating an atmosphere of enthusiasm and admiration.

During the event, Principal Mr. Caesar D’silva presented the Annual Report, celebrating the school’s achievement for the academic year 2024-25. He highlighted the remarkable progress made by the students in academics, sports and co-curricular activities. He also emphasized the importance of balancing technology with human values, encouraging students to use AI responsibly and creatively. “The fusion of intelligence and technology can shape a brighter future, but the essence of humanity should always remain at the core.” he remarked
