GIIS, Abu Dhabi students topped the school with 100% results in its CBSE 10, which were declared by the board yesterday. Manasvi Bapna topped the school, while Opinderjit Kaur emerged as the second topper followed by Ibrahim Moin Haque as the third topper.

Manasvi scored 96.4% overall and emerged as the subject topper in English, Math, Social Science and Hindi with more than 95% marks.

Opinderjit scored 95.2% and emerged as the subject topper in Science with 100% marks along with French and Second Language with 95% marks.

Ibrahim emerged as the third topper with 89.4% marks.

The school's highest score went up to 95.6% to 96.4% compared to last year.

Reacting to the results, Dr Heena Rachh, Principal of GIIS Abu Dhabi Campus said, ”The academic year was tough due to the pandemic, but our students showed great resilience in the face of challenges. I am also thankful to the teachers for putting extra effort for student benefit in the times of virtual and blended learning.”

Each year the students do exceedingly well in CBSE, which has been a strong pedagogy taught at the SMART Campus in Abu Dhabi. The curriculum is a blend of 21st-century education and skill-based holistic development that nurtures our students to become global citizens.
