A workshop on Team building has been conducted by the management of Arca education society(AES) on 13.2.10 for all teachers by Dr. A.M. Rao, V.P-HR, Satyam Venture, Hyd. Dr. Rao is a well known personality in teaching field along with his vast experience in HR industry. He has a rich experience of 17 years in manufacturing industry and 13 years of experience in software industry. He is also a visiting faculty for IIPM, ASCI, Vignan group of institutions, Asia Graduate School of Business etc. The workshop was for full day and divided into class room and out bound learning activities. The workshop touched various aspects like methodology of teaching, collaboration, team building, and improving the motivational levels of the team ARCA. At the end mementos were presented to all the participants by Mr. M. Narasimha Murthy, Founder and General Secretary of AES. The programme was also attended by Mr. Satya Prasad, President- AES & Mr. D. N. Rao, Principal.
