Christmas Celebrations GIIS Tokyo Campus celebrated Christmas with fervour and enthusiasm. Since the school is closing for winter vacation from December 14, 2012, therefore, a special morning assembly was organised in which the students sang various Christmas carols and songs. The students and some teachers spoke in detail about Christmas and the holiday season.

Some students even decorated their classes with handmade Christmas Celebrationspaper decorations like Christmas trees, bells, wreaths, sleighs and snowmen. Some students exchanged greeting cards with each other.

The students of Kindergarten section enacted a short play where they depicted the birth of prophet Jesus Christ. It was a wonderful experience too see all the tiny tots playing their parts.

Our French teacher, Mr. Juan Carlos, dressed as Santa Claus distributed sweets and candies to all the students. Overall it was a day full of fun and frolic.
