IT QUIZ for grades 6-11 students of GIIS Surat

<p><span style="float: left; color: #5b5b5b; font-size: 60px; line-height: 35px; padding: 9px 8px 3px 3px;">A</span>s a part co-scholastic area, Global Indian International School (GIIS), Surat conducted an IT Quiz competition for grades 6-11 students of the school. A total of two rounds were played in all. The first round was conducted in respective classrooms and the second round was conducted with 14 finalists shortlisted from each category (Classes 6-7, 8-9, 10-11) in the first round.</p>
<p>Google class was used to conduct the final round of the quiz which in turn fully served its purpose of making students aware about various technological platforms/tools that can aid modern learning in schools.</p>

<p>The objective behind conducting the quiz was to enhance IT skills among students, familiarize them with IT assets and test there preparedness for the same. All in all it was a great practice to witness such great participation, as each student played with full enthusiasm and confidence.</p>
