Clean Green Singapore 2013, Every Action Counts!!

    <td valign="top"><p>The Clean Green Singapore Carnival 2013 was organised by the National Environment Agency at the Meadows, Gardens by the Bay on 3rd and 4th November. GIIS Queenstown Campus put up a workshop and cultural performance on environmental issues. <br>

        As part of the cultural performance, students performed two skits based on energy saving and litter-free campaign. The peacock dance by Vaishali of Class 11  and Michael Jacksons famous "Earth" song sung by Rujuta of Class 9 were appreciated.<br>
        <br>
        Other highlights of the workshop were- Art out of Waste paper, Natural Mosquito Repellents, Indigenous Medicine, Solar Panels. Clean &amp; Green Singapore carnival inspired the students to care for and protect our living environment by adopting an environmentally-friendly lifestyle.<br>
