An innovative Maths programme for GIIS Singapore students

HeyMath LoginGIIS in Singapore has taken an initiative to encourage our students to hone their mathematical, logical thinking and problem solving skills and has tied up with HeyMath! A world-class e-learning programme for Mathematics, HeyMath! (www.heymath.com) is used by over 500,000 students and 4,000 teachers in over 50 countries.

GIIS is integrating Hey Math! in mathematics curriculum for Classes 3 to 8 CBSE and 8 IGCSE. GIIS will focus on self-learning for students though the e-learning module, e-worksheets at home for additional reinforcement and e- assessments for diagnostic testing and identifying students’ learning outcomes and gaps. The teachers shall guide to maximize the usage of the module as well as take up certain activities in the Mathematics lab.

GIIS students from Classes 3 to 8 can access Hey Math! only through myGIIS Student login. The login and password for students will be provided by their respective Maths teachers.

About HeyMath!

  • Developed in formal collaboration with the University of Cambridge since 2000.
  • The only education service provider in India to be empaneled by the CBSE Board, New Delhi in 2012 to provide Capacity Building Programs for teachers in Mathematics.
  • Recipient of the Ministry of Education, Singapore@aps@s prestigious ‘Partner of Academy of Singapore Teachers’ Award 2012.
