Bishal Dev, a student of grade 3 in Global Indian International School (GIIS) Noida, and already a recipient of a silver medal (for 1000 meters) and a bronze medal (for 500 meters) in the CBSE North Zone- I Skating competition held in October, 2017 at Delhi Public School Meerut, has taken his victory to a whole new level. This time our skating champ has bagged two medals i.e. Gold in 300 meters and silver in 1000 meters in the U.P. State Skating Championship held at the Noida stadium.

Master Bishal is a live example of what sports means to us and how we encourage our students to follow their dreams by giving them best of trainings and coaches to get trained from. He is also taking regular skating classes in the school from last couple of years in the school premises under the able guidance of Mr. Sandeep Awana – Skating Coach, GIIS Noida.

We are super proud to have such a soaring skating champion with us, for he has been bringing quite a few laurels for the schools by participating in various school, state and national competitions. We wish our little champ all the luck, may he keeps winning like this.
