The Golden Peacock Innovative Product/Service Award (GPIPSA) in Education Category was presented to GIIS Singapore at a distinguished gathering of achievers from varied industries and verticles during the 23rd World Congress on Leadership and Quality of Governance in Bangalore, India. GPIPSA is designed to encourage systemic innovation in organizations.

Innovation at GIIS was assessed on the use of current technology to achieve maximum customer satisfaction at minimum cost. The Global Education Excellence Model (GEEM) of GIIS is based on 7 pillars of quality which are GSF Values Differentiator, World Class processes - teaching and learning, Total involvement of ALL Stake Holders and Community, Alignment to our Vision Mission & Values, Creativity and Personality Development, Innovation Knowledge Management Academic centre and Information Technology, Sharing & learning leading to School that learn. This model was institutionalized at GIIS Singapore in 2008 and is evaluated and improved on a continuous basis which has led the schools to win 21 national and international awards.

Through statistical models developed by GIIS, the 7S analyses the school chain is able to pro-actively predict the results of students in all spheres of learning and execute action plans to ensure that every child is taken to the next level of competency. It is a very cost effective, most wanted service towards stake holders thus satisfying their expected wishes and inarticulate needs. This model has been assessed by more than 100 quality assessors from various national and international award bodies and rated GEEM as the core competency of GIIS. This fact-based approach has created a key competitive differentiation for GIIS towards 21st century learning.
