Talent is a natural ability to excel in a particular skill and children especially enjoy displaying their talent through movement and voice modulation to express themselves.

GIIS Balestier held the annual Talent Show for K2 students on Jan 15, 2018. There was song and dance and the little ones participated with great pride and displayed their talent with confidence.

The students, sang shlokas and melodious devotional songs praising Lord Ganesh, Lord Ram and Lord Jesus in Sanskrit, English, Tamil and Hindi, a little girl dressed as Yashoda Mayya sang a song in Kannada praising Lord Krishna. There was a brilliant performance depicting some wonderful dance moves on the song “Mayya Yashoda”, words of wisdom were narrated in Tamil by a student and some students even sang rhymes and songs on “Good Food”, Brain, etc. Dances on “Lemon Tree” and “Trolls Can’t Stop the Feeling”.

Overall, this was a great show was put up by the Kindergarten class 2 students and was enjoyed by all the students and teachers.
